Service Scope
AskMarc provides personal IT assistance to residential clients in the Macleay Valley. Services include device setup, software guidance, cybersecurity advice, and general technology troubleshooting.
Billing & Payment
Phone support subscriptions are billed monthly at $25/month or annually at $275/year. In-home callouts are billed at the flat rates displayed on this page. Payment is due at the time of service or on the invoice date for subscription clients.
No-Fix, No-Fee Principle
AskMarc does not charge a fee surcharge if a problem cannot be diagnosed during a callout. You will only be charged for time spent and a fair assessment of effort — never for an unresolved outcome that was beyond reasonable scope.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time with no penalty. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, the remaining balance may be credited toward future services.
Liability
AskMarc takes all reasonable care when handling client devices and data. However, clients are encouraged to maintain their own data backups. AskMarc cannot be held liable for pre-existing data loss or hardware faults.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
